This is because it has convenient amenities like two elevators and an attached fitness center even though it is not a luxury-tier apartment. There is also laundry on each floor so if the ones on your floor are being used, you can hop up or down a floor to use those ones! Unit 214 features a beautiful bay window and new LV flooring throughout the common spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, gas stove, and oven. Lastly, there is central air and heat in the apartment. It's important to note that one bedroom is larger than the other. We have a large amount of Hudson Dorms students living at 406 Jefferson, making this the perfect place to meet a lot of other students!
