This is because it has convenient amenities like two elevators and an attached fitness center even though it is not a luxury-tier apartment. There is also laundry on each floor so if the ones on your floor are being used, you can hop up or down a floor to use those ones! Unit 208 features a spacious outdoor patio and has parquet floors throughout the common spaces. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances which include a dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, gas stove, and oven. Lastly, there is central air and heat in the apartment. We have a large amount of Hudson Dorms students living at 406 Jefferson, making this the perfect place to meet a lot of other students!
