306 Garden is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom Washington Tier apartment. The building is one block from Church Square Park & a Hudson Dorms favorite, Empire Coffee. This apartment is one of the few Washington Tier units with in-unit/ free laundry :). Other stand out features include hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and central heat and AC. There is one single bedroom and two double bedrooms. It is important to note that one of the doubles is smaller than the other. We reccomend a bunk bed or lofted beds in the smaller bedroom; Hudson Dorms would be happy to swap those in!
