Fall 2022 Move-In
The first day of move-in for the Fall semester will be Saturday, August 20th.
To prepare, please fill out our Fall 2022 Move-In form by August 6th!
Move-In Key Pick-up Event
On August 20th & 21st we will have a booth located at 733 Jefferson where you can pick up your keys and move-in information. Come meet the team, and enjoy some food, drinks, and giveaways for you and your parents! If you can't make it, no worries, we would be happy to arrange key pick-up at a time that is convenient for you!

Spring 2023 Move-Out
Upon Move Out
The last day for move-out is May 16th.
You are of course welcome to move-out earlier! Students with finals on or near the 16th, let us know and we are happy to offer an extension.
Remove all personal items.
Take out all trash to designated garbage areas.
Follow the Hoboken recycling rules, personal furniture can only be thrown out on designated days/times. Failure to do so will result in a fine.

Be careful removing items from walls - we are happy to assist!
Do a light cleaning of the space.
On the day of move-out, keys must be returned to the Hudson Dorms office. Check-out is not complete until keys have been returned and failure to do so will result in a fee.
Hudson Dorms Office: 324 Monroe Street, Lower Level
We kindly ask you to return the apartment as closely to its original state as possible. Any furniture and kitchen items that were there upon move-in are property of Hudson Dorms and must remain in the space!
We are not liable for any personal items left behind.
Upon move-out, a Hudson Dorms team member will do a walk-through inspection of your space.
