Below is a link to our Housing Guarantee. If you are signing up as a group, everyone in your roommate group should sign & submit the same guarantee together! You can also sign & submit the form as an individual if you are in need of roommates!

Our Process

Sign Up

Easy! All you/the group needs to do is submit the housing guarantee and a $400 deposit. This deposit is applied to the Fall.

Apartment Selection

During apartment selection, your group will see options based on what best suits your needs! Think of it as an episode of House Hunters! Once you've selected your ideal apartment, your group will sign a lease to lock it in!

Start

If you did not sign up as a group of four students, you will enter our matchmaking program! Our goal is to match you up with the most compatible roommates possible! We have an in-depth roommate questionnaire to help us determine who may be a good fit. From there, we set you up on group zoom calls to introduce you to potential roomies!

Roommate Matching

If you are a group of less than three (or by yourself), you will be introduced to the most compatible roommates possible! We have an in-depth questionnaire to help determine who will be the best fit. From there, you will meet your future roomies on Zoom!

Move-In

Come meet the team as you pick up your keys and get to know your Hudson Dorms neighbors at our welcome back event! We look forward to awesome semesters ahead!
