Get Started in 2 Steps!

1.  Fill out the
Housing Guarantee

If you are signing up as a group, everyone in your roommate group should sign & submit the same guarantee together! You can also sign & submit the form as an individual if you are in need of roommates!
 
Once signed, email it back to us at hudsondorms@gmail.com

2. Pay the $400
Guarantee Advance

We most commonly accept payment by check Zelle and Venmo!

Your Journey

As a student, you may find yourself in one of three situations after submitting your guarantee form and advance:
